BJJ, MMA and Sombo:

We are under Rick McCoy and the Grapplers Guild.  Rick is a black belt under the Gracie's and a black belt in Sombo as well as a great Muay Thai coach.  Rick has been a Pro MMA fighter for over 14 years.
